photocopies of original artwork, commercially available Japanese washi paper, translucent paper and a few color pencil touch ups

Round 2. My thanks to everyone who offered their photographic wisdom. I took your advice. This is much!!!! truer to the original.

One or two folks requested prints of this image...thanks for your support & hopefully a print will be available (I think I pressed all the right buttons).

the underlying idea for the piece is an upcoming show the theme of which is camouflage. I also plan on entering "Across the Universe" & "Nachtjager"...the images work together (pretty much)

Wow this amazing! I can't stop looking at it.

Try taking your picture outside in the sun to photograph it- that's what I have to do to get a good image.

Great Skeet. From a distance I thought it was a Klimt...where's my specs.
You could always photograph it outside of course......great for lighting as long as it's not too bright.

I took your advice- outside, the sun is shining through high clouds- perfect!...the results were much! better & the crappy pic has been replaced with an image much! truer to the original. Thanks, again. :)
